If you currently do not have a Paradigm account, you can visit the Paradigm official website (https://www.paradigm.co/join) to register or apply for an account.
Once you have created your Paradigm account, you will need to associate your Deribit and Bybit accounts within your Paradigm account for settlement purposes.
After successfully associating your accounts, you will be able to directly engage in block trading on Deribit and Bybit using your Paradigm account. Alternatively, you can also use your Paradigm account through SignalPlus to conduct block trading on Deribit and Bybit.
Details below:
Enter into your Paradigm management dashboard (https://admin.paradigm.trade/) and select Derivatives on the list side.
Click on the Deribit/Bybit submenu and select the Account tab.
Click on the "+" button located on the right side of the page.
Enter your Deribit and Bybit API credentials in the Add API Credentials popup window.
5)Once you finshing binding your Derbit/Bybit API, you can modify Settings within RFQ Tab, including Max Size, Price Bands and Expires. (Note if any orders placed outside the range set, they will be cancelled. )
To ensure that you can use the Paradigm block trading feature on SignalPlus smoothly, you need to generate a Paradigm API within the Paradigm and then bind this API to SignalPlus.
Steps below:
Enter into your Paradigm management dashboard (https://admin.paradigm.trade/) and select API on the list side.
Click on the "+" button located on the right side of the page.
3)Within Create New API KEY popup window:
Enter API Name
Choose Access Level to Read/Write
Click Create to generate API
Optional: if you need to further improve the security of the API, you can enter IP whitelist when creating your API key, so that the API is only working under certain IP addresses.
In order to make sure SignalPlus is also working properly through the API, you need to enter IP addresses below (including SignalPlus system IP addresses for exchange data communication)
13.114.213.228
35.173.35.231
And your static IP address (you can find your IP address by typing “my IP address” in Google)
Note if you are using VPN or other dynamic IP service, IP whitelist feature may not work for you as your IP address is changing from time to time.
CF node uses cloudflare proxy service and route you via different IPs to avoid potential location restriction from the exchange. So IP whitelist does not work well with CF Node and please don’t use CF node when using whitelist.
Process for Connecting API below:
1)Select Add New Account in the account management setting once logged in SignalPlus
2)Select Paradigm
3)In the popup window, enter your API generated in Paradigm
API Key: Enter Access Key from Paradigm
API Secret: Secret Key from Paradigm
4)Once confirm, SignalPlus will verify the API and connect accordingly.
Once Paradigm API is connected successfully, SignalPlus will get all your Deribit and Bybit OTC accounts on Paradigm.
You need to associate these OTC accounts on Paradigm to your exisiting accounts on SignalPlus as well.
Explanation:
Q1: What is OTC Account Name and why do SignalPlus needs it?
A1: OTC Account Name is the Deribit or Bybit account name you had in your Paradigm Management page. SignalPlus needs to use this OTC Account Name to inform Paradigm which account you are using for the proposed trades.
Q2: What is the risk sharing my Account Name to SignalPlus?
A2: SignalPlus only has access to the Name of the Deribit/Bybit accounts on Paradigm, as OTC Name for Notification purpose - so you will know which API is used for Paradigm trading. SignalPlus does not have any access to your Deribit or Bybit API Key and Secrect saved on Paradigm.
Process for associating your Account:
After you connect Paradigm API for the first time, the system will get all the connected Deribit/Bybit OTC Account Name on Paradigm and show it to you (Test1 and Test2 shown as below)
2)Associating Each OTC Account to the account in SignalPlus
For each Paradigm OTC Account, use the drop down menu next to it to select existing accounts within SignalPlus.
If you choose to skip this step, you can manage later in Account & Portfolio Management.
