Virtual Account allows traders to test out strategies and book OTC trades with Risk/PnL analysis tools. In order to create a virtual account, first go to the account dropdown menu and then select Add New Account.

Once you are in the page below, select Virtual Account to create a virtual account to either do paper trade or record OTC trades.

There are a few items to input before finishing setting up your virtual account. First is to enter your account name, preferably different from any existing accounts; second is to choose anchoring exchange, meaning which exchange you would use to review order book and replicate settlement mechanism. Lastly, you can decide the initial deposit amount for your inital account balance, which can be adjust later as well.

If you have any historical trade that you would like to add in this virtual account, you can update a file matching our template. If you would like to book any trades, simply go to Smart Dealing module.

When you are in the Smart Dealing page, select the instruments that you want to trade, including Expiry, Strike Price, Qty and Price information. Then you just need to click Book Trade button to select Order Time from the calendar or press Now to fill current time. Once the trade is confirmed, this will be reflected in Transaction Log and Positions very shortly.

For example, in the widgets below, you can find the initial crypto cash deposit and latest 2 trades. Other widgets such as live Risk/PnL and PnL attribution are available the virtual accounts.

Lastly, if you would like to modify or delete any of the previous trades in virtual account, simply go to the Booking History section on the left side, and take actions on the trades you have in mind.
